I don't have answers to any of your questions but I think a third party assessment is exactly what SUN needs. If all of the issues that you raise are true then at least investors will know if Tatum refuses to move forward. I view this as a watershed event in which the small investor will get an idea of the expectations for an investment made with their hard earned money. Quit complaining and let this play out.
