When IVAN was far out NOAA should refrain from naming one state when the odds are 5%. Florida seemed to be mentioned in every statement when the truth was all the gulf coast states had the same probability.

While everyone in FL is running scared, everyone in the Big Easy is having a party not knowing the dangers that lay ahead.
