but the FACTS are that, at the time of the filing, they were not costs!! they were services that they received without cost... you asked... why not disclose the costs... ummm... because there WAS NO COST TO DISCLOSE... lol...

this isn't that tough...

for the time period, they DID report the TRUE profit!

and they said that they WILL be putting that into their cost structure at some point in the future, when they are CHARGED for it...

when the actual cost of those things IS paid for by spng and NOT recieved as a free service any longer, then they will report that...

you keep posting excerpts that only reinforce my point... id post a link... but you already did... pretty kind really, thanks.

Good luck getting facts. Much speculation/conjecture constantly bandied about as factual but has no foundation in truth. I'd love to know how many shares are showing on RegSho since that is the big reason being touted for an ameliorated SP. The numbers I've seen on RegSho don't even come close to the wild atronomical figures I've seen thrown around this board to explain our anemic SP. This board use to be very factual, but now you have to sift through mountains of hypothetical mirages to glean even a scintilla of factual information. Whatever happened to all the pallets at Walmart? Was that just hype too?

We should all have such supportive families!! Family businesses can be fraught with landmines. Doesn't seem to be the case here. SM and his dad have already been successful in business together.

Not charged back to the company includes payment in shares.

Not comparing SPNG to MSFT but it is a little like saying MSFT's early filings didn't show the costs of rent owed to Bill's parents for use of the family garage.
