They gave me the same response, and I told them Personally,, "I'm Asking YOU,, Scottrade"... They didn't like that very much.. LOL.. Since all so-called Certs are suppose to be in Electronig form now, I have already requested them also. so Now, I have/had Requested, Paper, and Electronic.. there is NO Way, they can wiggle out of any of this... :&)
