Good points... they could keep the price high via taxes but then you're back into the black market again... I've long maintained that legalization would not lead to increased use... I wouldn't do coke if it were free... but I may be the exception rather than the rule... I'm also not into saving people from themselves... life has choices... and ultimately only the individual can decide whether or not he/she wants to imbibe.
