No. She prepared certs that hadn't been authorized by the real CEO of the company.

Thanks for reminding us of Pammy's role in this. And Pammy used the wrong company name on the certs she defrauded the system with.
Nice to go into details, but the SEC made it very clear that she was passing bad certs. And the difference from the real certs will continue to embarrass the DTCC.
