Donini is a New Jersey corporation operating pizza shops with over 20 years of experience within the Montreal Area of Quebec by way of a reverse merger of Canadian company - Pizza Donini.
The company has just completed a restructuring and consolidation of its operations establishing two subsidiaries - (1) Donini Group, Inc. and (2) Pizzacorp Franchises DTC, Inc.
DNNC is set to launch 2009 expansion as described by their press release out after the bell on Friday! Recent restructuring included closing all of the company's unprofitable franchise agreements and reducing costs by streamlining all outsourcing relationships.
Peter Deros, President and CEO of DNNC, said in the PR, "The restructuring we've done over the past several months has put us in a position to reach our corporate goals. We are very excited about our prospects for fiscal 2009 and are looking forward to providing more updates to our loyal customers and shareholders in the coming days and weeks."
We believe DNNC can work forward aggressively off of the momentum it has gained through its restructuring.
Currently, DNNC has a nucleus of nine Pizza Donini restaurants and a fully-licensed, Italian restaurant operating under the name "Donini Resto Bar."
Those who jump on the DNNC band wagon early could be rewarded huge long-term as the company has stated that they anticipate being able to break even by the end of the 2009 calendar year.
There is not a ton of information out there right now on DNNC, but we believe it is an undiscovered gem in the restaurant space. The company plans to expand its operations into the United States and the rest of Canada!
