The lawyer which may represent our equity committee is not going to work for free. The more share holders we have registered, the less each of us will have to pay for representation. I think I read somewhere the law firm wants a 50,000 retainer. So do the math...

Right now we have I think 1500 people on board...
$33 per registered share holder to have representation.
if 2000 people register thats $25 per share holder.

More people that get in, the bigger the case we will have in retaining our equity rights in BK court.

For everything I have vested in this, I have no problem forking up a few $$$ to have an equity committee.

To answer your question, all shares of wamuq will get the same settlement if there is one. If you are part of the equity committee or not. We just need an equity committee to protect our investment in BK court to try and stop the possibility of our shares being cancelled.
