In telecom I like a lot: jnpr, sonse

Enterprise sofware: MERQ, BEAS, VRTS, (ARBA as a more speculative play)....enterprise software has underperformed for so long now...many investors think this sector is mature...I think we are at the start of new way of building and deploying apps and for that you need a new infrastructure

Internet: Ebay, Yhoo, amzn...I love Ebay's business model, but I don't see the stock outperforming over the next 6-9 months, it's really expensive...I like Yhoo and AMZN too but their business models are not as impressive as Ebays and they are also relatively expensive

Fundamentally I also like a lot QCOM, but it's a public secret that this company is well positioned...one can see it in its relative expensive valaution...doesn't mean it could not continue to outperform.
