it might also depend on when they went short. if they did it at the top of the run say in the .25 range. they are still gravy, why cover when they are stil 40% away from their borrow point
The way have have allways looked at it is the same way as I look at big company's that with hold your income taxes...they get to use that money in their accounts to collect intrest on or invest with untill it comes do..I am talking an NSS...JMO
Buyback program is a shot fired off the bow that ownership is not going to let the stock price tank. They have the war chest to back it up. Trade the value or trade the chart. Both point up.
