yes your question is greater than mine no doubt I cant answer why they havnt ,other than they said they would ,not adress any new issues until a dividend record and pay date are OK'd by FINRA . I think the assumption every body is makeing is that a company has a temperment like a person and if it was in character to talk alot like numerouse Prs a day then why the sudden black out. This is a organized company that has decided that the public press releases are only causeing public strife and therefore acknowledge that divi is directly related to credability. Yes many assumptions so if we do accept past behavior equals present then I must say they have a plan and can move swiftly at thier descretion.PS Im going fishing lol have weekend hopefully my hotel has wifi looking for a few king salmon later will check in whe i can.
