Thanks for the informative reply. I hope your prediction about the SEC proceeding proves correct. If you have additional information, I came up with a few more questions.
First, is the China deal on, off, in flux . . . ? What a plum it would be! In light of the U.S. Government's veto authority, which I doubt the Chinese government appreciated, has the attitude of the Chinese government changed? Is there a timetable?
Second, in the same vein, are other significant contracts in the works? On the esmart website I see general references to other possibilities, but no specifics. Your earlier note also referenced a positive development. Any additional information about it or other prospects you can pass along would be much appreciated?
Third, I understand what you wrote about the limited number of shares in circulation, but that doesn't explain the lack of interest in acquiring the shares that are available. Could the lack of interest be due to the fact that the overall number of shares issued (not just those in circulation) is viewed as being high? If so, are prospects for the stock going up dramatically as you think may occur, and I would like to see, questionable? I am aware that volatility in stock prices and transfers for startup companies like esmart generally is high, but the market's very limited interest in the esmart stock makes me nervous that others know something I don't.
Thanks for giving me and others the benefit of your observations. Best regards.
