Thank you for your thought out response that doesn't include words in all caps.

As I said before, I am not doubting the judge has seen the smoking gun. My concern with his post is that he never made reference to the smoking gun. In caps he said "All Docs" have been collected and the judge has seen "EVERYTHING".

Therefore, it doesn't look at all like he is refering to a smoking gun. It appears he is stating that all documents due on 08/01 have already been collected and given to the judge. That is what I am saying is untrue. Look at the post he was responding too. Mehedi wasn't asking about the smoking gun, he was asking about ALL DOCS that are due on 08/01. That is what he responded to, using the same language of ALL DOCS and EVERYTHING. I just wanted to clarify, since that statement is NOT TRUE.
