Good question - always a mystery.

Also, looking at the cover story of "we must wait," WHY. What would a posting on the website, a PR, or just a well placed email from the CEO hurt?

Just a dark suspicion (I admit) but (Tina's posts here started me looking at this) it might have something to do with changing restricted shares into common tradeable.

Something to consider who your dollars are playing with.
