Nobody, and I certainly don't think the current company has anything to do with old management or PDGT products. Just a diversion from discussing Zenergy you try to bring up.
Your answer to: Why did THEY (founders) chose to go public NOW, is - because Mr. Luiten is a new CEO? NO, he has been CEO of Zenergy since 2006.
G, I have no doubt that ZYN (or whatever PTPC will be changed to) will be in a completely different trading pattern in the next 2-3 months.
I have no clue what kind of valuation Zenergy will bring, but I have to believe we'll be significantly above the pennies. And if Luiten has plans on putting this stock on par with the other companies that he is accustomed to partnering with, then don't you think uplisting at somepoint in near future is probably on his table?
