Couple of things:

That was 30 Million shares by 2008. Each of these people have as much as all the legacy PDGT shares combiled.

The Company has made NO money. Paying off the debt does not seem likely. What does seem likely is those $680,000 in loans were converted to common and restricted shares in the public company. Looks like about 500 million shares worth.

These guys have been in here for three years and will be looking for an exit strategy soon. IMO

It will be a thing of beauty to watch from where I am.
