The shareholders meeting postponed!!! IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! So why didn't they cancel the JUNKETT!!?? Yep, SCAMMING DADDY CEO EVANS USED OUR MONEY ON A BOOZEFEST CRUISE!!!!!!!!!

ROFLMAO...CEO DADDY EVANS wants to wait? No, he is waiting so he can HIDE THE DILUTION!!!!! The CYDM deal is WORTHLESS!! They have little to any revenue and over $1.2 million in debt!! The 5 for 1 deal requires a DILUTION of 199 million shares for CYDM making it's pps of .18 go down to TRIPLE ZERO of .00056.

DADDY CEO EVANS NEVER INTENDED to have a shreholder's meeting. Did anyone get an actual time and day it would occur on the cruise? Nope, FREE vacation courtesy of those that bought shares above .0026 on the CYDM HYPE!!! This is NOT rocket science folks. DADDY CEO EVANS IS HIDING the facts from us and never intended to have ANY meeting that would require the release of shares or finances or any other REAL information!!

He uses OUR money to buy CYDM and now we have to wait to even get the shares (for the shareholder vote of course). DILUTION CITY!!!! By the time we get our CYDM shares, they will be completely WORTHLESS!!!!

Due to a small number of shareholder attendees, Evans also announces that the shareholders in attendance voted to postpone the meeting until November 2009. "Once we realized there were minimal shareholders present, we decided to take an open vote regarding the postponement of our 1st annual shareholders meeting. Given the fact that we will be voting on the 5 to 1 share structure and appointing CYDM Board of Directors, we want to give LIGATT and CYDM shareholders ample opportunity and time to make any necessary arrangements in order to ensure attendance at the 1st annual shareholders meeting this November in Atlanta, Ga. with details to be provided in October," says Evans.
