Go to their site and see how many executive jobs are there versus one year ago.. These guys are just a great in their forecasts as the Gartner guys are in predicting a continued semi boom... BOOM !

AG commented this morning that softening of productivity gains over the last two quarters is going to bring back job creation! He used Aug. gains as a manifestation of such.
