So I did ask the SEC, I told the lady that this would sound silly but a gentleman by the name of catani wanted me to verify the actions he has taken in regards to SPZI.
She said, ahhhh, OK. She put me on hold, at which point I was connected to someone else who I explained the same story to and he told me he had no information that he could help me with.
If you have a problem with this country don't invest here.
One thing is for sure I doubt you will be coming to this country any saying anything like that around here.
