Yeah we just got done with our time in the barrel and luckily didn't have to lay anyone off, however, we did rollback pay to Oct 2008, gave up almost all overtime,froze our contract till Oct 2011, ditched new training center plans etc etc etc. But I still make almost 300% more an hour than I did 10yrs ago so I cannot complain (when I started our dept was way under the comparables and a stepping stone dept now we match the comparables).
