Fire Lane, don't you find it just a little strange...
that the two letters supposedly written by Mr. Pensely and Mr. Cox aren't signed? Can you imagine two lawyers involved in the same case taking the time to write long letters like that, then forwarding them to a 'lawyer' at the enforcement division of the SEC and they don't bother signing them. LOL. Not possible. Lawyers don't make that mistake. A lawyer knows better then anyone that a signature is a means of authentification if identification needs to be established. Those letters are as bogus as they come and you know it. Too funny.
By the way, you need to back up your statement regarding the O/S being at 2.2B. As I've told you before, if you can't back it up, it's not a 'fact.' It's just so much hot air. When we make posts based on conversations, or DD, we have to post the names and phone numbers of the person(s) we spoke to so the info can be verified. So do you. That's how it works. No facts, no credibility.
