If BOA and Scottrade can convert the shares with the name change then your broker may be holding up the process. Again suggest you transfer your trading account to someone like Scottrade or BOA and see what they do with the ASWD shares. Tell your broker that you are planing to transfer your trading account to Scottrade and see what reaction you get.
