I presume Mark is very frustrated at this stage of dealing with FINRA on the symbol change, since they are now requesting documents from prior shell changes. This is rather silly since FINRA should already have all of these documents on file for when the symbol originally changed to PINR.
Unfortunately this is often how government bureaucracy currently works. This is a very said state of affairs imo and one of the reasons why 'the public' has a very low respect for any type of government.
