I guess it means the company is buying share sin the open market? They feel the assets are worth more than the market is valuing them.
Since we have no idea how many shares there are and very limited, actually next to no specifics on the assets its hard to tell.
The 15C-211 is used to become reporting and uplist to the OTC:BB but there needs to be audits and a market maker sponsor to approve everything and than get FINRA's approval.
This is a company that claims to have 100 million in assets and others here claim its actually 30 Billion but yet they don't even lease their own office space but have mail drops and another business?
The shares of the company are in fact trading but I really don't know what shares they are. The private slae shares 100,000 for $100 aren't eligible to trade yet. The old ASWD shares have not been exchanged for new PTRZ shares for most holders although one B of A customer state it has been for him.
What type of shares to you have old ASWD shares or PTRZ privately issued ($100 for 100,000)?
If they are old ASWD shares do tehy appear as PTRZ in your account?
The reason there is no bid is after the SEC halted the stock for 10 days (all they can) the stock dropped from the OTC market to what is called the grey sheets which is no bid or offer. Its actually against the rules for a market maker to offer a market bid or ask for PTRZ.
