If it appeared so blatant, they should have no problem proving ignorance of the law and they were all DUPED by AV.
They'll get off with a wrist slap, and be back in business by 01/01/2010 !!!

Correct - he said it was the worst scam he'd seen since he'd been working for the OSC. And this was very early on.
