Today I heard from the COO of Continential Transfer who said We checked the DTC system and Petro America is listed as a “chilled” Issue. That means that DTC will not process any transactions. I will check with them for further information on their “chill” and let you know my findings as soon as possible.
I don't want to contradict your statement. I am just trying to get to the bottom of this issue but according to the person at the DTC that is impossible. No broker has been provided the necessary share exchange.
