Did Bush actually vote on things twice in "your" list or was he just deliberating the subject...Bush once he makes up his mind on something usually stays the course... Kerry on the other hand, his views change depending on who he is talking to and which way the wind blows... Also I would NEVER claim Bush to be perfect...I do disagree with him at times...
