phrantic, I agree. If they can get enough products out there, all the better. Plus they seem pretty confident of their delivery system. That's really what the patent is about. If you read the actual description of the patent, it's all about the 'technology,' i.e., the delivery system. Out of that delivery system, two guys figured out that it would work for a sponge.
More products than 3M? lol In Spongetech dreams, I suppose, but in reality, 3M (the leader in marketshare on sponges) literally makes thousands of products. Spongetech appears to have about 4 products at the present and only one of them is selling through at the retail level (the car sponge) although not at a very rapid pace.
The big edge I see OT is the fact we have multiple products which garner a distinct branding advantage thereby providing consumer impetus toward SPNG products.
