phrantic, on the other hand, Viacom didn't get an... exclusivity contract with SPNG, i.e., Viacom could have demanded that they would be the only ones who would control and sell their sponges -- SPNG could not do a merchandising deal with anyone else for those sponges. That happens, you know. At least the two came together and agreed on a deal. Could have been worse.
