dont think thats sell i think mm transfer these blocks and that why it showed sell i have seen it b4 with different stocks... common give me a break 45+m sell in few minutes.. i don't think so..

in this case OWVI went from .0003 to nearly a penny on the bounce, but link back: at the time you were bearish because of the form T trades. imo whether it's on the bid or ask doesn't seem to matter. it may look like "dilution" but i would say the majority of the time these T trades are bullish.
maybe they represent short covering instead of dilution? jmho.
