I have certainly seen a few contingency agreements. I was curious why anyone else thought NeoMedia had all their case load under contingency.

The contingency I was last presented was 15% of the company's preferred shares, with priority at exit, 10% of ongoing revenues, and expenses. It is a steep price in my book.
