I have it in powder form .. a big dark glass bottle - spirulina .. & other green stuff ... it's algae plain & simple ........
....you can whip it up in with your fruits in your juicer .. or sprinkle it ... most people juice with it, I think .. AND take the capsules ...now that I am thinking about it maybe most take the capsules ..........
