Trying to get at what, if any, truth may be in any pr they put out always gives me a headache. This one has been no different.

But I think I may have it figured out. Maybe not. Here goes.

Simply put, because I haven't seen anywhere on the official Festival site where BZTG, Archer or Sunny are acknowledged as having any involvement whatsoever, I think it's probable that the Phuket end of this story is not officially sanctioned. It's more likely that Buzz put on some kind of loosely organized event of their own and let it sound as though they were hosting all the events that were scheduled to occur in Phuket.

So, the question is....did anything actually happen in Phuket in conjunction with the Comedy Festival or not? If so, what? And can it be confirmed.

Maybe someone should contact the Festival people and provide a link to the pr and ask for a comment.

I am not sure what role Archer had with the World Comedy Film Festival in Thailand and I'm not sure that I really care. Their PR on that subject would seem to me to be for informational purposes only; that type of PR certainly was not for the purpose of moving the SP. Why all the banter on a subject that means so little?

I'm hearing their will be some important news real soon; maybe as early as next week.
