now that OE is cleared, a new 3-4 week wave of shorting may be coming up. It's been too hesitant a market and too bearish news being released for any further rally to go on.
BAC is hurting, CIT is getting the bad press, and financials are fearing further bad credit crisis.
Seems like the Bears' theme park has open its door a little bit wider, IMHO.
