Our main board Mod Surfkast, talked to Rick Shykora in June.

This is what Surfkast wrote regarding a R/S:

A R/S is completely off the radar as Rick believes if HQ were to do one. It would alienate any investors that still have confidence in the company. He did say that a R/S would be an option once he has positive cash flow.

Rick and myself did not discuss a R/S on Wednesday, 7-15-09.

See post 17044, number 7 of what Surfkast had posted on June 18, 2009. That post might be a good to keep. We only have so many posts we can put stickys on.
