The OTC BB website is actually a very good source of information, especially when people are telling you about the program trades and market maker cheating going on. It's important to realize OTC stocks are very different than exchange listed stocks. The OTC BB and pink sheets (which are not affiliated with each other) list prices and record trades, they are not an exchange and the rules of behavior are very different.

Honestly, I don't see the lack of volume as a "chink in the armor". I think if they wanted to (at least in the future when the markets are not as tight as they are now) they would release the preferred, expand the common and sell shares to grow the company. It would probably hurt the price initially, but assuming their business plan was sound the extra capital would provide the growth to realize it. The big "chinks in the armor" from my POV are the preferred and the fact that most of their revenue is generated from related parties. IMHO the former gives them too much control and the latter too much leeway to shift around profits. If they follow the route of other OTC stocks, they will find a willing investor who will provide capital for expansion and acquisition, but who will demand more control and a near guarantee that they won't lose out on their investment. DKAM could serve as a good model for that sort of capital raise with both the 2007/2008 stock sales and the recent debentures.
