The float is the OS minus the restricted shares held by the three officers which has been pr'd. Even if they wanted to, the officers can only sell 1% of their holdings per quarter and have to file BEFORE they do.

SO please clarify your statement about the float increasing.

even if entire OS was tradable, market cap = $6m.. with $100m in projected annual revs, not too shabby wouldn't you say..

float = less than 250m as of right now..
