My opinion is that they should stop putting out those stupid PR's. They aren't even PR's and they look cheap and stupid. Looks like something a high school student or lower wrote. "...our precious funds" Who talks like that and doesn't that make us look poor and desperate. IT really bugs me when they put out these stupid things!!

Don't worry about those PR's they are bogus.
Your shares are registered with your broker. These guys are trying to raise money for a law firm to represent the other commons. Remember TPG converted their prefs to commons. We have very active investors (Big Boys) who own quite a bit of this stock. They are the ones driving this whole thing (lawsuits) and protecting your commons. As JHD says Alvarez and Marsal will protect the commons, watch out for scammers. Your shares are safe with your broker, you can call and ask for them to be secured, so they can not be shorted if you want.
