If you follow the O/S, A/S and Float closely, you will see that increases to the O/S have far outpaced the float and there has been no direct correlation between new increases in the O/S and new float. In other words, follow the increases back for the past year and a half and you will see the float increases right about when you would expect old shares to be coming off the standard 1 year restricition.
Now, do you have anything to show that the company is selling directly into the open market, or is it just something you wanted people to believe?
