Jared is supposed to be acting on behalf of the shareholders. If the buyout was decided by a shareholder vote then I am sure the company would have been sold. I asked Jared to provide us with a business plan to provide the same value as a buyout if he wants to go it alone and I have yet to see one. GLTY.
