Million: this stock puts me in a quandry. Their products are very good but I don't trust Jared anymore. There is no explanation for turning down a buyout of $.10-20 per share when your PPS is $.004 if you have shareholders best interests at heart. Jared could have given all shareholders a significant return but he chose not to because he can't part with his baby. He has to be a control freak and I imagine that is part of the reason that Bill White, Owen Stern, and Gene Sherill left the company. I am also tired of the company's lack of communication. We shouldn't have to guess at what our first half sales were. They should tell us that regardless of whether they are providing audited financials or not. Basic information. Having said all this, I think Jared still may consider a buyout, if it's still an option, if he can move the company forward on his own. I don't know why he doesn't consider a partial sale or JV whereby he could still maintain control of the company but gain access to another company with an established sales force, distribution channels, and additional capital. I will hold and see what happens. GLTY.
