There are no debts between trust preferreds and prefrerreds unless there are jr. subordinates floating around.

I am mainly interested in how many sr. unsecureds and unsecured claims there are. I know the unsecured cannot be determined until the bar date.

Priority claims, I understand are paid up to date (according to Marsal if I remember correctly). We will know after the deadline. One thing I did not understand was if creditors files a "legitimate" claim after the deadline, he is willing willing to "work" with you. It should be a you snooze, you lose type situation. imo.
