I'm a little paranoid due to past events, but also a little tongue in cheek on my litigation question. I think karma can serve the long suffering shareholders by having it trade again. One can recoup thier investment and their legal fees. I am heartened by Fidelity moving from a cusip to a trading symbol. I believe that is significant, although I haven't heard back from them yet on the reason.
