that's your interpetation, the letter just asks questions that they will not answer to shareholders. Your spin is just that, your spin. The senator has at least a chance of getting an answer, whether it's BS or not we'll see.
You realize that getting BCIT to trade is a good thing right? If anyone has been in this stock for almost four years and are trying to stop it from trading can't be very smart.Buy something then try to throw it away before you try to sell it.There are places for people like that and they ride the short bus to and from their house.
Now that is twice you have said that over the last few weeks and it is funny how when I called Senator Grassley's office everyone seemed to know about BCIT and were really amazed at what has happened to the shareholders. In fact they said, they have NEVER heard of shareholders of any stock of a U.S. company being sued for being a shareholder!
