Lexis-Nexis allows the (paid) search for info. Mainly used by attorneys, investigators, etc. I have personally for a few years now. They have their info, sourced out from others, copyrighted. You can ask them in certain situations and they may accept. Posting on a public message board will not "fly" as a good reason.
