In any case, it appears that the Florida Division of Corporations got an amendment document changing the officers and address of Mac1. The new President is one Hope Jaroszewski of Stuart, Florida. The actual document is being imaged and will be available on the website within the next 24 - 48 hours according to Tallahassee. Once it is posted I will have it scrutinized for authenticity. The reason for this is that technically, anyone can easily download a form from sunbiz.org and change the information of any corporation they want. However that is of course illegal.
