It would have been nice to see the role of the DTCC in the hold up of BCIT resuming trading, noted in that letter to Ms Shapiro...as it stands now I can see the SEC responding with a canned answer that all thier questions have been resolved and not taking any further action into the DTCC..I wonder if we can somehow get that angle introduced into Grassleys request?
