Yep....they most certainly would, however...I dare say each would have a highly-skilled interpreter at his side to make dang sure each understood the question.
As for being "obedient"...may I suggest you insert the word "truthful" instead? It's much more appropriate, IMO.
Yes say we are dumb we know better... If you check I am sure that you will find that most Republicans on average (not all the Dems have not cornered the stupid market) are better educated and more successful in life in general...
