Those are for the change from PDGT to PTPC - there is NOTHING ABOUT THE ALLEGED AND NON-EXISTANT R/M WITH Zenergy....

So no this is not the "real deal" - there is NO DEAL/MERGER between PTPC and Zenergy.....It will NOT happen..
