BBI/B
I brought some today. I'm starting out with a tiny position. Looks Like a decent turnaround Play, I wouldn't exactly bet the ranch on this one, but it is very intriguing for a small position.
Analyst estimates are guiding for .19, not bad versus a .34 stock price.
Company is changing to it changing environment. And has undergone and continues to undergo significant cost cuts.
BBI/B and BBI spread seems to be waaaaaaaaaaay out of whack by historical standards.
I do have Two Major concerns to this investment, but at these prices they are worth the risk. (1)Balance Sheet is very weak (2) And how will they deal with the changing environment around them, and can they find a way to make there business run for the long run.
In my opinion BBI/B is very undervalued and worth a small position at these levels. Just my opinion though.
